Delivery timing for services
Tell us the service time and we deliver ahead of it — typically 30–60 minutes before the service starts so the flowers are in place when guests arrive. For a graveside service we deliver to the chapel or gather point named by the funeral director. Same-day delivery is available 7 days a week for orders placed by 3pm; for a service earlier in the day, please order the day before or call us as early as possible and we will do everything we can.

To make sure a tribute reaches the right service on time, please give us:
- The full name of the deceased, as used by the funeral director
- Date and time of the service
- The exact location: chapel name, crematorium, denominational section or grave reference at Rookwood, or the funeral home if flowers are going there first
