Sending flowers to a maternity ward
Include mum's full name, the hospital, ward and room number in the delivery details. A vase or box arrangement is best, as there's rarely a spare vase on the ward. When to send new baby flowers
Hospital stays after a birth are often short, so check the new parents are still in hospital before ordering, or send the flowers to their home. Flowers that arrive a week or two after the birth are often appreciated most, once the first wave of visitors has passed. Some maternity and neonatal units restrict flowers, so check with the ward first.
New baby card message ideas
"Congratulations on your beautiful baby girl", "Welcome to the world, little one", "So happy for you all, can't wait to meet them", or "Congratulations on your new bundle of joy". Include mum's full name in the delivery details, as the baby may not be registered under the family name yet.
Gifts for mum too
Don't forget the new mum. A Glasshouse candle, a home gift set or chocolates are a lovely treat for when she's home. Candles aren't usually allowed in hospitals, so send those to the home.

Yes. Add a teddy bear, an It's a Boy or It's a Girl balloon or chocolates and they're delivered together.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free in Greenacre (2190) and from $19.95 elsewhere, set by postcode at checkout. Sunday deliveries and same-day orders placed after 1pm add $15 (the after-1pm charge isn't applied in Greenacre), and only one $15 surcharge applies per order.
