Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery area

We deliver across Sydney Metro from our shop at 245 Waterloo Road, Greenacre NSW 2190, using our own drivers. We deliver to homes, businesses, hospitals, funeral homes, churches, mosques and cemeteries.

Delivery fees

Free delivery within Greenacre (postcode 2190)
$19.95 within 25 km of our Greenacre shop (Sydney Metro)
$45 for addresses 25–45 km from the shop
Beyond 45 km: online ordering is not available. Please call (02) 9759 7324 and we will arrange delivery with you.

The fee is calculated automatically at checkout from the delivery address.

Same-day delivery

Orders placed by 3pm are eligible for same-day delivery, 7 days a week including public holidays. Orders placed after 3pm are delivered the next day, or on the date you choose at checkout. We cannot guarantee a specific time of day, but we will do our best to meet time requests in your order notes (for example, before a funeral service).

Delivery instructions

Please include anything that helps us deliver: gate codes, unit numbers, business hours, the ward and bed number for hospitals, or the service time and chapel for funerals. If no one is available, we will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded place or follow your instructions.

Delays

Weather, traffic or events outside our control can occasionally delay deliveries. We will contact you if a delay affects your order.

Interstate and international

We only deliver within Sydney Metro, but you can order from anywhere. Ordering from interstate or overseas? You’re welcome to order for anyone in Sydney – just choose Australia as the delivery country at checkout and enter their Sydney address.
