Terms of Service

Welcome to Abdo Florist. These terms apply to orders placed through abdoflorist.com.au, by phone or in our shop at 245 Waterloo Road, Greenacre NSW 2190. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Our service

Abdo Florist provides fresh flowers, funeral tributes and gifts, made to order and delivered across Sydney Metro by our own drivers.

2. Ordering

Orders can be placed online, by phone on (02) 9759 7324, or in store.
Please make sure delivery details are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in a delayed or failed delivery.
Photos show the style and colour palette of each design. Flowers may be substituted with blooms of equal or greater value depending on seasonal availability.

3. Delivery

Orders placed by 3pm are eligible for same-day delivery, 7 days a week.
Delivery is free within Greenacre (2190), $19.95 within 25 km of our Greenacre shop and $45 for 25–45 km. For addresses beyond 45 km, please call to arrange.
Delivery times are estimates. We cannot guarantee a specific time of day but will do our best to meet time requests noted on your order.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Orders can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once we have started making them. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual property

All content, images and trademarks on this site are the property of Abdo Florist. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including delays caused by weather, traffic or other events outside our control.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
