Choosing a scent

Floral suits someone who loves fresh flowers: Kyoto in Bloom, Flower Therapy, English Rose, Pink Peony, and Jasmine & Magnolia. Fresh suits a clean, light home: Lost in Amalfi, Oceanique, Beach, and Sea Salt & Vanilla. Warm and rich suits evenings and winter: Midnight in Milan, Arabian Nights, Fireside in Queenstown, and Amber & Sandalwood.

Candle care tips

• On the first burn, let the wax melt right to the edge of the jar, which usually takes 2 to 3 hours. This stops tunnelling.
• Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn.
• Burn for no more than 3 to 4 hours at a time, and never leave a candle unattended.
